SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

Your order will be delivered from Monday to Friday.

Delivery is the responsibility of the carriers we subcontract, with the order being delivered directly to the customer.

The order will be sent with the respective Invoice/Receipt, it is considered to have been received in perfect condition as per the invoice, as long as there is no complaint from the customer to the carrier.

Upon receipt of the order, the customer must check that the packaging is tamper-proof or in good condition, and report any non-compliance to the carrier upon receipt.

The order is considered to be delivered in perfect condition and validated, provided that there is no complaint from the customer in accordance with the procedures mentioned above.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 working days.
• Estimated delivery time for Azores and Madeira: 2 to 5 working days.
• Estimated delivery time for shipments to Europe and non-EU countries: 3 to 7 working days.

In the case of international shipments, customs services may open the packaging for inspection and possible taxation. In this case, the product may arrive at the customer's home with signs that the shipping packaging has been opened. The customer should carefully check, upon receipt, that the product is in compliance and shows no signs of having been used.

For orders where the chosen payment method is PAYPAL, the order will only be shipped 24 hours after the date of the transaction.

Marco Cruz Joalheiro undertakes to make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place within the stipulated period, counting from the day following confirmation of payment for the order, unless otherwise communicated in writing.

Customizable or custom-made items such as wedding rings, jewelry or engagement rings, among others, are unique items made to order, and the delivery time applied is the one stated on the item itself.

Marco Cruz Joalheiro cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from delays in deliveries.
